7 Things You Should Know About Corporate Animation Videos

7 Things You Should Know About Corporate Animation Videos

Today it’s no secret that human brain processes visuals more than it processes texts. Therefore adding corporate animation videos to your marketing efforts will make your target audience 10 times more likely to engage with your brand. Essentially, businesses create marketing videos to keep their brand top-of-mind for their customers. So it’s imperative to understand what makes the best animated corporate videos.

Here are 7 things you should know about corporate animation videos. Create an awesome corporate & business video to capture the attention of your audience and convert their interest into investment.

1. Take Care of The Vital Elements of a Great Video

What makes great animated brand videos? Videos become enthralling when there are suitable video narratives. Such inclusions play a significant role in any kind of video and when it comes to corporate video, a narrative mean compiling an engaging and compelling story with certain elements. You can mesmerize your audience by the best corporate process animation videos.

The four major elements of a grand video narrative are:

  • Character- The main character of your product video is the product or the service.
  • Quest  – Your audience is always at the lookout whether you know their pain points or not.
  • Climax – This element tells your customers how your hero (the product) can solve their problem.
  • Resolution – The final part of the video, it’s about introducing the CTA.

2. Human Touch – Let Your Customers Discover What Benefits Them

People select a brand when it conveys a message that resonates with them. Therefore, the trick of creating a high engaging corporate video involves illustrating to your clients the informative features of your product. When your customers understand how they can benefit from your brand, needless to say, they will choose you over your competitors.

According to experts, when you decide to create an impressive video that draws the client, you need to have an ideal buyer persona in mind. With such a persona in your mind, you can quickly raise awareness of your brand and educate your existing customers.

3. Brand Personality – Create Your Video With a Signature Style

According to science, people tend to grasp about 20% of what they read, 10% of what they hear and in comparison remember 80% of what they see and do. This is why your video animation demands to be an impressive extension of your brand so that viewers watch it and the image of your brand gets imbibed into their minds.

So when you are creating a corporate video, building with your brand signature style will get you amazing results.

Now, what does signature style mean? A signature style is synonymous to brand personality and it is more than any visual aspects like brand colors and logo. It includes elements like who your target audience are, what’s your niche industry and what way you direct your messaging, whether its towards the B2B companies or B2C.

4. Brand promotion – Place your logo appropriately to promote your brand

Why do we create videos? The most common answer would be to promote our brand, isn’t it? And the obvious way to market your brand is by appropriately using logos and taglines. So, needless to say, your logos should be clear and recognizable.

In this regard Senior Digital Marketing Executive at LogoDesignGuru.com, Aamina Suleman opines including logo on any accessories like in the shirts, coffee mugs, or other items inside the shot would bring amazing results.

This means you need not have to limit yourself to using your logos. Logos as a corner badge, watermark, or anywhere that is visible and catches people’s attention proves to be rewarding.

5. Audience Engagement – Take care of the length of the video

Length is one of the vital elements of all kinds of videos. It’s the era of instant gratification. People don’t wait too long to process information. So to match the people’s attention capacity, you have to take care of your video length. There’s no denying, the length is the deciding factor whether your people will watch the video or not. When a video is too lengthy, the level of engagement begins to drop after some time.

A video that is not more than two minutes long is found to be more engaging and most importantly, viewers won’t turn off before they reach call-to-action.

Experts are always of the view that videos are mainly designed to encourage viewers to find out more about your company. Its vital goal is to spark their interest and transform them into your valued customers.

6. Distribution Channels – Find The Right Platforms To Share Your Video

The final step after creating a video is promoting it. But one of the biggest mistakes most of us do while uploading videos – is not to share it on proper platforms that can bring exposure. One thing which we must keep in mind while sharing our video- viewers respond to video content differently depending on the social platform or marketing channel.

Hence, you should have an idea of where you want to market your video. Whether you want to upload it on Facebook or use video in an email, don’t forget to optimize the video title, description and call to action accordingly.

This is for your information – your video should always fit into the context of where it is marketed. Don’t forget to match the elements of your video demanded by the platforms. For example, if most of your customers are at Instagram, your video should not be any longer than 15 seconds and when you want to place an ad on YouTube 30 seconds long video will work wonder.

Other channels where you can distribute and promote your videos include your website homepage, email newsletters, trade shows and social media.

10 Free & Useful Google Tools No Blogger Should Ignore

Can you call yourself a content marketing expert?

Even if you answer “yes”, there are still lots of ways to enhance your performance.

Even if you’re one of the 42% of B2B marketers that claim to be effective at content marketing, you still have a bunch of room for improvement.

If you desire to make the most out of your content marketing efforts, you must know what strategies to implement, and most of all, what tools to use.

Good keyword research, the perfect social media marketing strategy, and the best search engine optimization skills all can contribute immensely to your success as a content marketing expert.

Unfortunately, when it comes to content marketing tools, a lot of the ones often recommended by the experts are very costly, and the average content marketer can’t afford them.

Now, here’s the good news: There are a bunch of free tools out there that you can also use to get the same results, and many of them are owned by big G (Google).

10 Best Free Content Marketing Tools From Google

Interestingly, many people are not utilizing these tools, not because they don’t want to, but because they’re ignorant of them. They still see Google as just a search engine and nothing else.

That brings us to what we’re going to talk about today…

In this post, I will share with you the ten free Google tools you should be using as a content marketer. These are tools you cannot ignore if you’re serious about your business.

Whether you’re a beginner, an intermediate, or a pro, you’ll definitely pick up something from this post.

1. Google Search Console

This is one of the best free tools you’ll ever use as a webmaster. The time you spend on Google Search Console is never a waste.

The more you use the tool, the more you become addicted to it as there’s just so much to learn.

With the Google Search Console SEO tool, you can learn about the overall health of your website and know where to make changes to ensure your site is performing well SEO-wise.

There are also lots of other amazing things you can do with GSC.

Some of the features I regularly use are listed under the “Search Traffic” drop-down:

Search Traffic

For instance, the “Search Analytics” link lets me quickly analyze my site’s performance on Google Search:

Search Analytics

If I want to know how my keywords are performing, I’ll just click on the Position button to learn more. This will bring up the average position for all my keywords that appear in Google Search:

As a content marketer, you should really get used to the Google Search Console tool; you stand to gain a lot from it. Even if you’re only tracking a few key metrics, the time you spend on it will be well worth it in the end.

2. Google Keyword Planner

Are you still looking for an excellent tool to help you uncover the best keywords in your industry?

While there are a lot of tools that can do this, Google’s free Keyword Planner remains the godfather and one of the best.

Even though it’s incredibly simple to use, the more you experiment with it and the more searches you perform, the better you’ll understand how to utilize it for your success.

Using the keyword of “content marketing” as an example, one of the toughest keywords to rank for in Google, the competition is incredibly fierce.

But you don’t have to target that exact keyword. With Google Keyword Planner, you can easily dig up related long-tail keywords that will be easier to rank:

Dig up related long-tail keywords

Once you’ve gotten these seed keywords, you can now enter them into your favorite keyword research tool (like SEMRUSHLong Tail Pro) to uncover even more long tail ideas.

As a content marketer, there is a lot you can do with this free tool. Why not start making use of it today?

3. Google Sheets

As a content marketer, you need a good system for recording and keeping track of data. There are also times when you might need to share this data with your team.

You can actually use Microsoft Office Excel to do this, but it does not have an intuitive shareable feature, and it can take up a lot of space when it contains so much data. And what if you needed to check something immediately, but you’re not with your laptop where you saved the MS Excel sheet?

That’s a problem.

Fortunately, with the robust Google Sheets, this can be easily taken care of. It’s one of the most efficient, and easy-to-use tools to track changes, record data, and collaborate with others.

4. Google Analytics

This is arguably the best of all the analytical tools on the internet.

Let me ask you a few questions:

  • Do you know how many of your website visitors are new versus returning?
  • Do you know where these people are coming from?
  • What about the total amount of time they’re spending on your site?
  • What’s your website’s bounce rate?

All of these vital analytical questions and more are the things that Google Analytics will provide you answers to.

Google Analytics

It’s a free analytics product from Google that will easily track and report all the important metrics from your website.

Google Analytics can give you clever insight into your site’s traffic and enable you to understand how people are discovering and navigating your site, so you’ll know which areas to give more of your attention to.

5. Google Alerts

Google Alerts lets you monitor the web for mentions of specific phrases or keywords. Once you set it up, you’ll always get email alerts whenever these keywords are mentioned online.

For example, you can register to get notified whenever someone mentions your brand, product, company, executives, or even your competition.

As you can see on the screenshot below, I’ve requested to get notified whenever someone mentions “Shout Me Loud Blog” on the web:

Google Alerts

This fantastic tool is an excellent way to adequately manage your business’s online reputation and always react to mentions of your brand promptly.

6. Google Trends

If you’ve been finding it difficult to continuously generate content ideas for your blog, Google Trends can help you with that.

Although Google Keyword Planner and other popular keyword research tools out there can help you in getting ideas, when it comes to creating high-quality content, you can get more from Google Trends.

It might interest you to know that Google Trends is one of the places I often hang out, especially when I’m planning for fresh content on my blogs.

This tool will enable you to easily see what’s trending on any topic.

For example, when I checked the topic “hair loss”, I got:

Google Trends

If you scroll down the page, you will also see more “related topics” and “related queries” you can check out:

Related topics & related queries

Furthermore, apart from researching on your niche, you can also use the Stories trending now section to check if there’s anything that’s relevant to your industry:

Stories trending now

If anything in this section matches your niche, then you’ve identified a hot, trending topic that you could talk about.

You don’t need any experience to use the free Google Trends tool. Just enter your chosen topic in the search box and review the results that comes up.

7. Google My Business

This is one of the tools you don’t want to overlook, especially if you run a local business.

With this tool, you can easily get free advertising from Google.

Just claim your Google My Business listing, and you’re ready to go. If done well, whenever someone performs a search on Google for a phrase related to your business, your business will show up in the search results.

For example, the screenshot below is what came up when I searched for “restaurants in Texas”:

Restaurants in Texas

From the screenshot, all these businesses are Google My Business results for the keyword “restaurants in Texas”. And if you click on the More places button, you will see more.

None of these businesses paid to occupy these results.

If you haven’t created your own Google My Business account, you have to do that immediately, so you won’t lose out on the benefits that come with it

8. Gmail

There are a lot of email clients on the internet – Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, etc.

However, Gmail has always remained my favorite, and that’s because of its many helpful built-in functionalities.

With this tool, there are lots of plugins that will help you ensure that your email account does exactly what you want.

There are lots of other really cool things available for Gmail.

With several plugins that will let you customize your email based on your needs as a content marketer, I’m sure you will fall in love immediately.

9. Google Calendar

Let me ask you:

  • How do you usually stay focused on your business?
  • How do you stay organized and productive?

Google Calendar is one of the tools top marketing experts use to stay organized. Even though it does not have all the features that most paid tools have, it gives you more than you need to stay on track all the time.

Google Calendar

Below are some of the ways you can leverage this wonderful tool:

  • Let your team members know when you’ll be available.
  • Create events for the most critical tasks.
  • Find out when you’re most free during the day.

If you’re really serious about your content marketing business, I suggest you check out what Google Calendar has in store, especially if you’re not yet using any better alternative.

This will definitely help you to improve the way you operate.

Best Free Tools For Marketers From Google

With less than 50 percent of B2B marketers saying they’re effective at content marketing, it shows there’s always room for improvement.

Here, I’ve given you all the free Google tools that you should be paying attention to as a content marketer.

There are still other helpful tools owned by Google, but you should start with the ones I’ve mentioned here first.

It’s now time for you to take action.

How many of these tools are you currently using? Which other Google tools do you think are great for content marketers? Let me hear your thoughts in the comments below!

2. BuiltWith

builtwith chrome extension

This great platform for SEO enthusiasts is quite similar to Wappalyzer.

I consider it a basic SEO tool that everyone should explore.

Just like the previous tool, BuiltWith gives you details of how a website is built, providing even more info, including which JS libraries, trackers, APIs, alternative mobile versions, which server is hosting a website and much more.

It will definitely provide more details than Wappalyzer.

Even so, the interface can be a bit messier.

This means that BuiltWith is probably a better option in case you happen to be a developer, since it definitely needs its users to have a coding background.

Is this one of the best Extensions for Chrome or what?

3. Full Page Screenshot

Full Page Screenshot chrome extension

This is not an SEO tool but it can save you a whole lotta time, in case you’re a guy who takes screenshots every single day.

I personally need to screenshot SERPs a lot.

And guess what?

I had no idea there was a simple way to take a clear shot of the whole screen, including the part I normally would have to scroll to get to see.

It doesn’t work on all pages.

Even so, you can use it to photograph not only Google’s SERP but most of the other search engine tools around.

Loved this Chrome Extension screenshot tool?

Move on to another must have Chrome Extensions, then!

4. Grammarly

Grammarly chrome extension

There’s a crime out there.

It’s on the rise but nobody wants to talk about it.

What is it, you ask?

Haphazard outreach emails filled with spelling mistakes!

Is there a way to fix this plague?

Don’t wanna start off with the wrong foot when it comes to the outreach stage of your SEO efforts?

Boy is this the tool for you.

Grammarly is a super awesome tool that anyone writing in English should get.

This is a very good grammar and spelling tool which is able to catch a whole lotta mistakes.

Indeed, it catches more than the usual checkers from Microsoft or Google Drive.

To top it all?

Grammarly will actually provide explanations for you to be able to understand what you wrote wrong and become a better copywriter.

Don’t get me wrong:

It’s not a miracle worker!

You shouldn’t trust it blindly, or try to get by without ever reading a book, writing a gibberish-filled version of English and hoping this tool can save you when the time comes.

Even so, this will surely save you from some shamefully embarrassing moments.

Grammarly also has a paid version.

My opinion?

The one they provide for free will do the trick!

Now that’s one of the best Google Chrome extensions for SEO players!

5. Redirect Path

Redirect Path chrome extension

Google SEO tools that do wonders?

Here we go!

Temporary redirects (302) are some of the most common mistakes SEO masters find on their daily activities.

They also find that some websites keep forgetting the redirects between the www, the non-www redirects, and the trailing slash redirects, making the same page available on many URLs.

Is there a way to avoid this chaotic mess?

Am I ready to recommend another one of my awesome extensions for Chrome?

Redirect Path is your friend!

This extension will track every single page as soon as you open it and tell you what type of response code the browser received.

If anything else but a standard 200 response code is found, you don’t even need to click on the extension to see the result.

Redirect Path tracks all the steps, and is also quite helpful when it comes to finding pages with several redirects.

Another one of those awesome Chrome Store extensions you need to explore!

6. Ghostery

Ghostery chrome extension

Feel a conspiracy theory kicking in and need one of the top SEO spy tools in the business?

Wonder how many different ways there are to spy and track you?

Think you’re being tracked as you visit a specific web page?

Ghostery to the rescue!

This tool will allow you to find out what kind of trackers are onto you.

This tool for SEO is more than helpful.

Because having too many trackers messing up your game can truly be damaging.

In fact, it can actually slow down your page’s loading speed.

Use this tool to find out whether or not there are any unnecessary trackers corrupting your chances for SEO success.

It’s common to forget an old tracking pixel on a website, as it doesn’t seem to cause any harm.

But what if nothing relevant is being tracked?

Why should users have to load resources and make their whole experience much slower and boring?

No more!

Speed up your life with Ghostery!

It’s one of the top Chrome Extensions for you to explore!

7. Hunter

As an SEO expert, you need to contact people all the time.

But tell me:

How many minutes and hours of your day are spent as you try to actually find the contact info you’re looking for?

A whole lot, I imagine.

Let’s go!

This tool supports sales with many features.

The one I find most useful as an SEO?

The email tracker.

You need to register once.

Then, every email sent via Gmail or Outlook can be tracked.

It’s really useful, since it allows you to know whether or not someone is opening your emails many times, which can be a signal that they’re interested in whatever you’ve offered.

This tool only works on desktop.

You’ll also have some trouble in case the email is sent or forwarded to several people, as the tracking doesn’t know who opened it.
